Auckland Lawns owner Nico Burns spent his early working carrier as a landscape gardener creating beautiful gardens in Central and West Auckland. Travelling overseas in 2001 Nico landed himself on a golf course in The Netherlands where he trained and gained his Golf Course Superintendent Qualifications. He went on to grow in a Championship Golf course which he prepared five European Senior and Womens Golf Tournaments for. Returning to New Zealand in 2016, working as 2IC at the Remuera Golf Course, Nico saw the opportunity to start Auckland Lawns.

In 2017 Auckland Lawns has set out from the start to generate and look after top performing lawns throughout Auckland. Our vision is to provide Elite lawn care Installations and Services. We also pride ourselves in who we are. It is important to provide intelligent and cared for services. Everything lawn related.

Cole Henderson started in 2013. Joining us as a greenkeeper from Remuera Golf Course, Cole has put himself through Level 3 & 4 Turf Management Courses. Cole communicates well and has collected a wealth of knowledge regarding weeds, fungus and safe spraying techniques. He has a strong passion for fine turf and turf management practices. When he is not working, you will find him on the golf course.
